Back to Volvo's after 20 years. I have owned 5 old 240s years ago but drifted away as life changed. I really can not say I ever had a bad one but I do remember I spent a lot of time under the hood with small problems. Now I find my son wanted his first car but only had limited funds so we shopped a "93" 240 in pretty good condition for $2200. It came with a new inspection and 14 day plates. The odometer quit at 207k so I really have no idea how many miles it could have. We have only had the car for two weeks but we haven't had any problems at all, "knock on wood" so Hello from Maine !
