Hi all, I just joined the site. I wanted to thank you guys for all the posts.
I recently bought a 98 S70 GLT for my wife. I got a good deal on it but it needed some work. Thanks to the tech information and links to parts, i've replaced the antenna mast, the left rear door lock assymbly, my rear view mirror, flushed my trans, changed the oil and diagnosed the air pump i'm going to have to change soon.
Parts cost me under $300, labor savings I shudder to think. I was quoted $300 to fix the door lock alone by a local indy shop. ($94 part, 15 min of my time.
