First of all sorry for some grammar mistakes.

My name is Andrey and i am from Kiev.

I am planning to sell my old soviet car and buy something really good, and i allways liked Volvos cos i heard that they are really super-made cars and they worth all money that u can spend on it.

So, i am living in post ussr country where is crazy taxes, and 30 yars cars cost like 2000-3000 euros minimum.

But, sometimes u can make a good deal, and i thought how bout bying a best tank on the road, a Volvo?

Can u help me with some info in picking one of them?

Welcome to the forum.

Not sure what year models you are considering there but most are built very well. The general rule in a car purchase is to avoid the first year run. Example, the 850'S ran from 1993 to 1997, don't buy the '93 model. There are usually lesions learned and many changes for the next year making the parts more interchangeable through the '94 through '97 models.
