I think this forum concept is great. I have a 1990 740 GLE I inherited. It was running great fro about ten minutes and the main bearing went out. I had purchased a used one . The guy who put it in messed up with the zero tolerance thing and bent the valves. Had someone else put new valves and resurface the head. He didnt know that according to what i heard that the car will only start when it is put in a certain position. Is anyone familiar with this model the twin cams 16 valve nightmare?
