Default I love my Volvo

<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley17.gif border="0"> I bought a 1996 960 station wagon not a week ago. I am so in love with this car. I have an 87 740 sedan which is a work horse, and we are keeping her, but this car is great. I love everything about it. Just wondering if there are any concerns out there on this model? The only thing is I haven't figured out why the CD doesn't play, it keeps it a few seconds and then ejects it. Everything else is awesome. What a nice car, and it looks brand new. Just a litte sign of wear on the carpet in the back part, the cargo, area. I don't know what you call that part of a wagon, never had one before.

Hey, I just bought a '96 850 (my insurance says its a GLT but I have no reason to believe that or know what that is) and I feel the same way. I've never been into fixing up cars and stuff but I've already spent an arm and a leg jazzing this car up. I bumped the wheel size to 17" (with some nice chrome rims) and got new tires. I just got an after market radio and 10 disc cd changer and amp installed. Its a cool ride. There are a couple of minor problems which are to be expected. But it'll be fun trying to figure them out. I want to add something else but I don't know what yet. I don't want to do too much. I remember looking at other guys that jazzed their rides thinking how it was just a waste. But now I feel it. I've owned this car less than a month and I've already washed it more than the last car I owned.
