well, i was hoping to find somewhere to ask a few simple questions that have stumped me and the boys back at work, but within 15 minutes i found answers to all of 'em

i've been a tech for two and a half years in our small family-owned shop. we've got enough tech manuals to keep my hands clean for months, but now i know where to look when i need a straight-forward answer.

just wanted to say thanks for the great service, and hopefully i can contribute from my limited pool of knowledge in the future
