Hello all! Thought I'd pop in to say hi. I've got a green/blue 1993 850glt with a tan/gray interior that I've been rebuilding for about 1.5 years now. It has a shade over 225,000 miles and runs fantastic: it has issues, but I picked it up for <$2k with a perfectly straight & clean body and nearly perfect interior. The drivers side seat is bad though :\ I'm a fairly compitent shade tree mechanic and like to dabble with things, but have 2 indy's that I trust for stuff that's over my head - unfortunetely that's more times than I'd like to admit.

This is my 2nd Volvo after having sold my 1988 240dl. I still miss that car, but it needed more work than I wanted to put into it and it went to a good home. The people who bought it wanted to give it to their daughter who was going off to college and I still see it around from time to time during school breaks. Sad thing is that it looks like she was rear-ended last winter.
