Greetings everybody, my name is JonCarl, I'm new to these forums and I look forward to becoming familiar with them. I just purchased a 1996 Volvo GLT, 6 cy, Green w/ tan interior and 113,000 miles on it for $3500. I hope it lasts me at least another 100,000, and from what I've been told, it most defenitely will. If you have the time, let me know what you think of the model I bought and the price I paid. This is my first Volvo so I will be coming here if I need help, hopefully you don't mind. You didn't specify 960 but I assume thats what it is because that is the only car till 1999 that has a 6 cylinder.
They are good cars.

 

Yea so you guys were right, the car is a 850 GLT 5 cyl with FWD, idk why the woman who sold me the car was so convinced it was 6 cyl RWD, guess she didnt know as much about the car as she thought.
