Picking up a 96 850 TLA this evening. Have had 5 VWs, a BMW, a Dodge, and a Mitsu, but this is my first Volvo. Already spent some time reading through the FAQ on the 850 forum. There is a wealth of info here. Thanks for having me

Loving it so far it's got my previous daily-driver beat by almost 200HP, so it is quite fun



few little things to take care of, bumpers need to be treated, front fogs don't work, and I would like to upgrade the brakes just a bit (higher quality pads at minimum). And best of all, IPD is only 20 minutes from my house

 

looks great!! is that some kind of special ed. with those rims and paint color? also does your a/c work? common issue with volovs esp. the 850 :P

Going to be paying a visit to IPD tomorrow. Will pick up some spacers and bumper dye.

Drove up to Tacoma this weekend for a car show, was quite the change from my Rabbit Pickup :lol: Was nice to be able to easily pass people on the freeway, and position the car for photos (wife is a photographer).
