Just helped my oldest daughter purchase a "new to her" 2007 S60 with 160K miles. Her car, not mine, and she lives in an apartment not too far away. I expect I'll be her primary contact for maintenance, which is why I joined the forum.

We already know we need to do the timing belt, tensioner, water pump, etc. in the next month or so because we simply cannot verify whether it was done on time or not. This won't be my first timing belt and water pump, and I've already researched what to get. I am also going to help her resolve the fuel door catch problem which is currently sporadic.

I'm also considering an XC90 to replace my wife's 7.3L diesel Excursion, but I'm not yet sure about that choice.

In all honesty, I'm just going to be lurking until I have an issue to resolve.
