I have a 2000 C70 convertible. When I leave my sub onto the main road if I put my foot into it right around 60 mph before it shifts into 3rd gear it starts to cut out like bogging down.

Any ideas?

any check engine light or fault codes? Could be fuel delivery - ie pump, rail pressure or it could be spark (weak coils, plugs) or a number of other things like the throttle body, MAF, or one of the sensors. I'd probably drive it hard a few times to try and induce a fault code. When I experienced a similar issue, it turned out to be a coil pack but I needed the CEL code to tell me which one.

 

No lights on or codes. I do drive it hard. The road I pull out onto is 60mph.
When it starts cutting out I let up on the gas so it shifts into 3rd then its fine.
