This is my 13th Volvo
Have a '97 960 sedan with 107K miles. Great car. Having a interesting situation....
Annual state inspection for both safety and emissions. Passed Safety with no problems.
Emissions failed with O2 Sensor, Cat Convertor, O2 Heater, EGR all registering "Not Completed". Local shop says it needs to be driven to reset everything.
This is new to me. Had a '96 960 never needed that. Had '95 960 never needed that. In fact, none of my previous volvos ever had that condition.
Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.

PS..Car runs great. No check engine light and no DTCs. Also, no recent repairs
