My clock is stuck

Hey I replaced my battery in my 1999 S80 and now my digital clock just stays on one time. Anyone know why? Everything else is just fine. jeradler3@gmail.com

How long has it been stuck? Did you try changing the time?

It has been about 2 weeks and if I reset the clock it just stays on whatever time I reset it to.
