Hello Volvo Forums!

Just received my first car: a 1999 Volvo S80 T6 Turbo. My father has fixed it up since he found it as a parts car.

I'm located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and hope someone locally can help me out.

So far it runs great, but I have a few annoyances.

• Sunroof doesn't work.
• Drivers side seat won't tilt forward/backward
• Right side audio doesn't work

Hope to get some great advice and enjoy my new Volvo!

 

It sounds as if you have a slight electrical issue with the sunroof and the right speaker system, I would carefully scan each fuse for weathering, cracks, old plastic..
On my 240 the fuses are very easy to access, so check those? As with the seat not wanting to lean forward or backward, check underneath the seat with a flashlight for any broken springs and what not..
