Hi all,

I'm new here, but just wanted to greet everybody and share my love and appreciation for Volvo's! I have a tan, 1984 240DL sedan, and I absolutely love it! My stepdad is the original owner, and he took excellent care of the car. A few years ago he handed me the keys to this immaculate classic, and I have loved every mile. I wax her (Penny is her name) a few times a year, and people can't believe how shiny and beautiful she is. <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley32.gif border="0"> The chrome still shines like new! And (knock on wood), I've never broken down or been stranded. Amazing.

To be honest, I'm going to switch to a VW TDI (it's a diesel) when I can afford it, because I would like to be able to run biodiesel, a renewable fuel. But, my love for Volvo's will never die! Rock on Volvo owners!
