Welcome to the forum, I hope it would be of some help for you.

I work for a U.S airline at Narita, Japan and often work with techs from Philippines and they are much more skilled than the locals.

Be sure to follow scheduled maintenance on your 850, especially the timing belt + pulleys + hydraulic tensioner.
