Hello, just found this site. My wife said there's aVolvo for sale and I should go look at it(daughter first car?) 1991 240 GL body great, no rust but someone stole the converter. I can't see underneathto see any other damage. Doesn't want to idle with foot off gas pedal.I wonder if the O2 sensor is gone. Not sure I will buy, no maintance records. I can put on a lift though. Most likely when they stole the converter they took the o2 as well and cut the wires. How much they want for it?

Also I highly recommend buying an 850 for your daughters first car.

1995-1997 850 model. N/A or Turboed, N/A insurance should be cheaper then a turbo model.

 

Car is at a lot. I would offer $1200 maybe. A lot of unknows here, but if the price is right and I have a large shop it might be okay. Shawn

 

um, question. where would i be able to find a turbo for my s70 volvo and is it possible to just put it right in my car??
