New member with a '91 240—my first Volvo
Greetings from Florida. I just bought a '91 240. We just had a baby two weeks ago and her previous car wasn't up to the task of shuttling our new family safely around town.
I love the car so far. It needs a few small interior trim items replaced and there's a kind of rattly knock in the front left, but I'm no stranger to this kind of work (Subarus and Hondas and autocrossing are in my past).
I plan to maintain and repair it's various issues. The idea is to keep this car around for the long haul.
Here we are the day before our son, Werner, was born.
