Hello,
Tim from Carnation Washington here and I just got my grandfathers 242 from sitting for the last 27 years. Of course the fuel system is non functional but otherwise the car was worth bringing home from Medford Oregon and not entirely sure what I will do with it but first Id like to get it running again and go from there. It is completely rust free, good paint with a handful of scrapes and scratches typical of an elderly owned vehicle. 108k on the odometer but will see how things aged from sitting so long.
thanks already to this forum for helping diagnose the fuel issues while we were trying to get it going away from home. Googling problems and reading existing threads are invaluable tools when needed!
anyway heres a couple pictures.. I havent taken any interior shots but the interior is in about as good of condition as the exterior.
