New and need some help
Greetings. I just purchased a 92 740 turbo wagon w/173K. It is in good condition, but needs some items.
Please help me locate:
All new brakes, including rotors & pads, etc..
Right rear light
Both front fog lights
Shocks all around
Any winterizing suggestions (I just moved here from Phoenix, AZ...)
Also, it appears the car is going through oil faster than it should. The turbo was replaced about 1K miles ago. Any ideas?
Once the initial must do's are completed, I am interested in some performance modding. I have done alot to my 99 Camaro SS, so this would be a great extension...
Thanks in advance.
John
I live in Granby,CT, so if there is anyone from around there I would love to hook up.

And for winterizing I would make sure that your coolant is in good condition.Does the car have any oil leaks? You say it uses alot of oil ckeck for leaks first. Also check your flame trap and make sure it isn't clogged. The flame trap is located inbetween cyl 3 and 4 ports where the intake meets the head.Pull the hose off the top and make sure the screen isn't clogged then check the vaccum line at both side and the nipple in teh intake.
