Hello All! New to VolvoForums. Just bought a 2008 Volvo S80 3.2L automatic AWD for under $8000, what a steal! 3rd owner, 125k miles, no mechanical issues. The car is sexy to say the least. The interior is innovative; seats are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. Perfect for long rides, but they keep me in place while driving aggressively.
My previous ride was a 2011 Scion tC. This is my first Volvo, but I highly doubt it'll be my last, given the impression she's already had on me. I've named her Sadie (S80).
What I'd like to know it whether or not I can modify the vehicle, and if so, where to obtain the parts. Nothing specific, just some references and ideas. I'm no mechanic or anything, and I probably wouldn't be able to tell you half of the components of a car, but I've been pondering on the subject and thought, what a better place to expand my knowledge than here?
