Default Noob owner/poster in Montana

Hi all,
I just picked up a 1990 240DL wagon and have found this forum to be a very valuable asset. My "new" 18-year-old car came with a few issues and I'm working through them. My automotive wrenching skills are basic, but with help I'll get it figured out. I'll have to, as the closest Volvo shop is 230 miles away! Thanks foreverything everyone has posted. This place has been a gold mine of information.

I actually drove from home in Butte to Bozeman to pick up the new girl. Ran well on the way home, but I'm having electrical issues (see post in 240 forum). I was thinking of a dealership in Billings?? http://www.underrinervolvo.com/

Welcome to the forum.

As long as you have the basic skills, you should be able to take care of many problems with the help from service manuals, and of course, volvoforums.com.

Best of luck to you,

JPN
