Default Number 6 Fuse Blown

Hi everyone. Have a 2004 S60T and the #6 fuse to the ecm is blown. It is a direct short. I have disconnected the fuel injectors and the MAF sensor. I still have the same problem. When the ECM is disconnected the problem is gone. I sent the ECM to a place in Florida thinking it must be shorted inside. They checked it and gave it a clean bill of health. With the ECM removed I checked used an ohm meter and checked each pin at the ECM connector for shorts to ground. Other than the ground wires everything else checked good. I am hoping someone has had this problem before and can guide me in the right direction.
