Default Odd noise around 1500rpm

On my 2011 XC90 I have an odd noise, sometimes it sounds like a vibration, other times I think it is a scraping sound at around 1500 rpm under load (no sound when stationary and rev to 1500-2000). I have replaced all the engine mounts and the top and lower roll mounts. I had the transmission serviced with a full flush. Noise was slightly worse after replacing engine mounts and has decreased quite a lot with roll mounts replaced. But it is still there, although not as prominent. I am wondering if it is a coupling (is there something from the transmission to whatever the drive system is?) or if it is a vibration, is there a common item that may vibrate? Appreciate any thoughts.
