Picked-up a 2002 C70 coupe yesterday
Hello All,
I picked my new baby up yesterday; 2002 C70 coupe (auto) white with 88k miles. I got a one year ext warranty just in case. Read through the whole manual, checked all the fluids myself this morning and she looks to be doing well.
Coming from a line of Audi's and Mercedes, the FWD setup and the weight makes the handling a bit nimble. I'm considering the strut brace first, then sway bar end links and sway bars upgrade. Recommendation on springs/shocks combo would be appreciated as well; something that is sporty but not necessarily jaw cracking.
I look forward to learning more DIYs and sharing the knowledge with the board. This is my 7th car and I've had all sorts; 4 cycl Corolla RWD coupe, v8 American coupes, turbo 4 cycls and supercharged ones, v6 N/As, and now a 5 cycl turbo :-) I've worked on a few of my previous rides on my own as well. Any recommendation on a good service manual (CD or book) is appreciated.
