Radio Reset?

Radio Reset?
I'm new to Volvo Forums, however, I'm on my fifth Volvo. I've had this one, 940 sedan, 1994, for three years.... don't drive it much because I'm out of the country a lot. Now back for good and attending to the things that hadn't bothered me a lot till now. It has 160,000 miles and runs well.
1- Radio has power... but needs code from somewhere?
2- the clock (time) does not work.
3- I'm fussy about maintaining and I'm having it reupholstered, just had it painted, but would like some suggestions on redoing the carpet with something a bit more durable, any ideas.
4- Is there a part of the forum that deals with custom looks? Red with beige interior... I would like to customise it, but cannot find a shop for accessories
