I'm looking for an S40 or V50 T5, for $10k or lower. I found a few 2011 models for that price.
On this one, it looks like the rear bumper is scratched and that some sort of cover protecting the camera is missing. Is that true, or is the cover always off when there is a camera?
Also, on some cars, there are covers on the top of the front bumper under the headlights Are those for headlight washers?
What are the small covers on the front of the front bumper for?

 

That is the tow hook cover. That car doesn't have a camera.

The pieces under the headlights are covers for the headlight washer sprayers
