S80 2000 engine number issues
Please, can anyone help me with the serial engine number. VIN is YV1TS94DXY1134507. The sticker on the timing belt cover is missing and cant locate it on the engine block. thanks

serial engine numbers are stamped on the top of the block, yours is a B6294S - look for a stamping on the top of the block (on the I-5s its near the #1 cyl on the face looking toward the passenger wheel back towards the firewall). It should show the engine code and directly under it is the serial number. Then again you can try calling a dealer to see if the info can be looked up based on your VIN.
