Hi, I’m new to forums so if this is the wrong place to post please forgive me.
i have a 2013 Xc60 D4 AWD. I have a powered tailgate issue, it all started when I’m started taking the car along a bumpy dirt track. The tailgate will not open automatically now, or close it releases from the lock and sometime I can see it trying. I can hear the relay clicking, most of the time when I manually shut it it’s fine but sometimes I really have to force it,
extensive googling has lead me to perhaps either the tailgate control 31386707 or the struts 31386707 31386706
if I change the control module would I have to code it ?
could I ask please if the part numbers are correct and if anyone could help with the issue. Thanks in advance.
