Default Transmission problems (service urgent) and check engine light 2004s80 2.9

Hi recently my car was sitting for a few months and I started driving it again a couple days ago but yesterday shifting to 3rd gear was rough and I heard a weird sound and the transmission service urgent light came on as well as the check engine light I got the codes pulled and will leave them below I just want to know if there’s a simple problem that would cause this, if I need a new valve body, or if the codes are major and I should order a used tranny today.
Po700- transmission control system(malfunction indicator lamp request)
Po751- (shift solenoid a performance or stuck off)
Po733- gear 3 incorrect ratio
Po734- gear 4 incorrect ratio

Any help is appreciated Also it’s the non turbo version

Those codes mean a speed sensor is picking up a different speed than what it expects to see. Usually because clutches are slipping.

sorry if I don’t understand I’m new to all this so this would mean I need a new clutch and that the slipping clutch could be triggering the transmission light, or that I need a new transmission and clutch put in?

There is a clutch for each gear in your transmission - they might be slipping in 3rd and 4th gear. The solution is usually a rebuilt transmission. The General Motors transmission in your car (04 2.9 6 cyl) has been used in many many cars and is not really known for longevity.
