Is there any action being takien against Volvo for their inaction in replacing faulty batteries on the plug in Hybrids ? I am just told they are waiting on parts since early May 2025. It is now nearly 5 months and no indication of when parts will be available. If they can find batteries for other EV's why can't they make batteries for the PHEV's?
Over 7000 vehicles in the USA are affected and 353 in the UK I understand.
If nothing is done soon, is there a case for a Class Action by all owners affected in the UK as I understand there is already a class action started in the USA
