Hello, my Volvo hasn't been working for a few weeks and come to find out I don't have a spark. New spark plugs, wires, ignition coil but I noticed that there's some wires next to the power steering fluid and I have no ideas what these wires are and if they're important to creating a spark. Any help would be appreciated. I've attached a photo.
