I have a 2017 Volvo XC90 T6 Inscription with 41K miles here in Baltimore Maryland. I have renewed my On Call App Subscription in the past but always for 18-24 months. My renewal is coming up in 2 weeks and now I can only do a 1 years renewal which offers no discount. I call Volvo customer service and was told they only offer a 1 year subscription because it was the most popular. I pointed out to the individual that it was probably the most popular for Volvo, but not the consumer. Has anyone else encountered this at renewal time or found any way to get a longer term at a lower cost?
