I have a 2000 volvo S40 with 68,000 miles. I replaced the battery twice and the fluids as needed. Now the year is turning 2014 and I don't have any idea who to trust to examine the car. The only thing which does not work is the intermittent wiper position. The other wiper positions are functioning. I need a trustworthy mechanic inside the beltway in the DC area. Any suggestions?
