well to make the engine go you need air and fuel. Any signs of a blockage which is resticting the intake or exhaust? Are you getting adequate fuel pressure? (pump/sensor/in tank filter/fuel vent issues?)
I have not find any sings of that. I tried to scan with MasterScan with an obd 2 cable (it's in the video) but there was no trouble codes.
Also i dont know the exect value of a right fuel pressure and air intake on iddle status.

not too many oil burners here in the states... you may try searching the UK forum at https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/
I'd expect a fault code to help here if there were a buggered sensor :-( did you look around at connectors to the MAF and ETM?
here's a post on fuel pressure - https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/fo...ic.php?t=47145
Almost sounds like the ETM is not getting a proper signal - check with a dealer to see if there are any tech bulletins regarding software updates for your model.
