Sup yall. Been awhile eh? How's things? How's everyone doing? Good I hope.


I'm not really a new member I guess....but I thought I'd come in here and re-introduce myself. I've been inactive for a while because A) I sold my old 240 wagon about two and a half years ago and B)......for other reasons.

Anyhoo....I've been buying and selling cars here for a while...working my way up to another 240 purchase and I finnaly made it. Took a while to find one given my location (Minnesota) but I found one out of Wisconsin from Virginia.

I look forward to re-aquanting myself with the Volvo world...specifically the 240 genre....

well...back in the day I had a 302 sitting in my garage for a V8 conny. I had to sell my 240 before I got around to the swap though. Which is just as well. I think I'd have regretted the 302. For now I'm just going to drive it and continue working on my cavalier but eventually, I'll be doing a 350/lt1/ls1/ls2 swap...depends on what I can find and how much money I'll have at that point. I'm hoping to be able to do a 6 speed conversion too.

It's a ways off yet. The car only has 170k on it right now....I gotta rack up some more miles before I ditch that motor!
