XC 70 tire question

XC 70 tire question
I just purchase a 2016 XC 70 17,000 miles that is Preowned certified. The dealer put new tires on vehicle however I discovered afterwards that there are 2 different brands. 2 perelli tires on left side and 2 continental on right. Should the dealer correct this?
