So, my Dodge Dakota 4x4 got stolen, for the 3rd time. This time it was a total loss so I got myself a '02 Volvo XC70. I use my vehicle for my commute and to transport myself and buddies around for kayaking and canoeing, sometimes on non-maintained county roads.

It just had it's 120K service by the dealer. Base charge $450!!!? Total amount $670. No problem, I knew Volvo dealers screw their customers and have no intentions of going anywhere near those guys again, that's all the money they will get out of me. $50 for spark plugs! You have to laugh because hell, you've just been had. But anyway, the car checked out okay, I thought it was, but I guess I didn't trust the dealer I bought it from, too bad, my loss. Anyway, for the rest of it's life it will be mine. My first project - it has Goodyear Assurance tires on it which seem to have flat spotted through sitting in the dealer's yard for 9 months, I'm looking to replace them with Yokohama AT/S tires, give me your feedback you AT riders! Bridgestone H/Ts seems to be a good alternative. What aggressive ALL TERRAIN tires did you put on your XC70?
