Hello,

I have a 2018 XC90 and since the past few months I've noticed that the windows won't roll down when the car is in the accessory mode. It works fine when the ignition is turned on. I called Volvo service to book an appointment. They suggested that this could be a battery issue since it's a 2018 model and maybe it's time to change the battery. I got the battery checked at a local shop and they said it looks fine. I have a few weeks for my appointment so thought I'd check here meanwhile.

Any idea what could be causing this issue?
