My turbo has quite a bit of shaft play on my 850 and I want to replace it. From what I've reading I can upgrade to a turbo from a 1998 S70 which is a 16T. The first question is do I have the turbo sizes correct for the respective cars? Second and last question is do I need to upgrade the injectors or remap the ecu with this new turbo. I believe it's a minimal increase in flow so I am hoping I don't have to do anything but swap out the turbo. Thanks.

I think you will be fine with just swapping the turbo's.

 

I don't know what outlet the turbo has. However you might need a new downpipe. If so go 3" for your new downpipe. Also a remap would be a good idea, just to get better tuning for your setup. As for injectors I don't think you would need them.
