Twin turbo in an s80?
I'm driving a 2004 s80 2.5t awd.
Is it possible to install an additional turbo with the stock turbo or would I have to replace the stock one with an aftermarket.
Thank ya =]

You can go with a bigger turbo.
Not exactly sure which one you have in there now but you can go bigger. I would also get the ECU programmed as well.

You can get a kit which allows you to read the Maps and then you send you info to the company and they send you the new maps which you then flash to the ECU.
You can send in your ECU to a company and they do it for you.

It will cost a lot of money to do a twin turbo setup on your S80 and you'll end up spending more then the car will eventually be worth.
I'd suggest a single turbo upgrade or just do a full turbo exhaust upgrade and ECU upgrade from IPD USA or RICA (ECU that is). I'd have the turboback exhaust done by a local shop that can mandrel bend. 3" downpipe to a 2.5" to 3" mandrel bent catback system with a free flowing muffler such as a BORLA or Magnaflow.
