I found a good shop south of Pittsburgh
Hey Gang,
For all the people in the Pittsburgh region, I found a great shop today. My 2003 S60 has had the dreaded "SRS Airbag Urgent Service Required message" for about a month.
I have been researching the issue by reading all the forum posts that I could find. I am an avid "do-it-yourselfer" who avoids dealerships like the plague. I found a body shop south of Pittsburgh that is Volvo-certified and could read my code.

They were very professional and have a super nice facility. See their website for a "virtual tour". They are a bodyshop that also does inspections, servicing, and mechanical repairs such as brakes, exhaust, etc. Their service was excellent and their diagnostic fee was 1/2 of the typical dealer cost.
They were able to tell me my code and although my problem turned out to be a "dealer only" repair that they couldn't do, they even contacted the local dealer and got me an estimate for the parts, programming, and labor to replace my instrument cluster.
I just wanted to share this experience because we too often only hear about the horror stories and not the ones about the "good guys".
