oil to use in my 1999 v70

Hey all Im new to the volvo world I just picked up my first 1999 v70 and was wondering what oil would be best in it thank you...

Butif u get a lot of freezin temps u might want to use syn 5/30..

Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w30 thats all i use in my car for 4 years now. motor still runs like new @190000
