We currently own 2 Volvos, a '16 S60 and a '21 XC60. We had a factory hitch installed on the XC60 at a New England Volvo dealer several months ago. They're wicked expensive, but we figured it would fold up under the bumper for a clean look & be out of the way when not in use. Unfortunately, it looks like the Volvo technician who installed this hitch used a Sawzall to cut an ugly hole in the bumper. (See photos) So, maybe they had to create space for the hitch, but is this what a legit dealer install for this item is supposed to look like? Seems like they could have at least installed some sort of weather stripping around the hole to make it less ugly. The warranty ends in 2 weeks, and this still irks me. Thoughts?
