I've got some problems with the ECC/climate control system on my 96' 850, but besides a dealer (which I can't afford) I can't find anyone with the proper tools to pull codes from the system. As of now it "sort of works" but I'm not sure how much longer that will last!

I live in Oswego but I take regular trips down to NYC through either Binghamton or Albany so I'm not too picky about the location but someplace around the Syracuse area would be optimal.

There was one Volvo shop near my parent's house on Long Island that I went to for other issues when I lived there but they didn't have the proper diagnostic tools for the ECC.
