so im considering buying a 1983 volvo 242 manual that a friend of mine had in his shop for a long time. he was going to use it a s a project car but doesn't have time to build it he only wants 300 for it. all original looks great the only problem with it is that he doesn't have a title for the vehicle because he bought it from a lady whos husband died and she couldn't find the title 3 weeks after he got the car the lady died also so i was wondering if there would be any way of registering the vehicle in California.
