I was loafing over on Matt's site and ran across this post:

It appears that the politicians are hard at work fooling with stuff that could effect websites like this instead of working on fixing our economy and trying to get along with each other and the president.

Anyway, from what I understand, if there is any information on this site that violates someone's copy write, or links to a page that does so, it would have to be corrected within 5 days or be locked out by Uncle Sam. I have seen it done so it's not a vain threat.
