ok, so i take my car to a dealership here in Austin,Texas. not going to say there names cough cough Roger Beasly Volvo of Austin cough cough, sorry bad cold, any who, i took my S40 in to have the alarm serviced. so i made a appointment at 10 AM in the morning. they said it would be puled right in. so i take it in, tell them the problem and they "Go to work" on my beloved car. ok, this is the fun part. 3 hrs later i check in to see what the car was doing. the service (peice of crap) mannager told me there were working on it now, so i figured it would take just a lil longer maybe an hr or so. my and my buddies went to the mall ,eat etc. i still have no call from them. 6 hrs in now, i call them. i ask, "what is the deal with my car, iv been waiting 6 hrs, you said it would be in and out" this is were i get PISSED!!!! the receptonist at the desk ask me the color ,make and plate of my car. i tell her, and she replied "ok its pulling in now to get worked on"............i was about to bust into flames and murder everyone there including the janitors! i try to remain calm cuz i know if i get pissed they'll crap in my seats or **** in my gas tank so im remain calm, and collective. i silently walk off out side and sit in a new C30 T5 and slam the door and begin to scream! then get out and carry on my way. i tell my buddie the case. hes pissed, im pissed. so we sit down. now, 9 BLOODY HRS IN!!! they call me and tell me its done. i met with the service tech names Mike... he said "oh yeah, all we had to do was replace the horn, no biggie, you know you could of done it yourself" 9hrs to do a horn? 9 hrs? i could of done that, i have done that 3 times on diff cars. the horn is in the fron of the grille. its just a plug and play styl horn. i will never, never buy from them, go to them for mantinace, ask questions there, call NOTHING!!! i hope they close. ive never been treated so poorly!
