I’m literally stumped. This is what it does when I turn the key on and off trying to get it started.
Car ran absolutely fine no lights came on or anything no codes, nothing.. Turned the car off now it won’t start again. Turn the key, fuel pump engages, fuses are fine. Figured it was the starter, threw a new one in and it’s doing the same damn thing 🤦🏽‍♀️
Checked starter by jumping it, it spins even without jumping it. Checked alternator it's fine, tried jumping the car didn't work.
Battery and connections have plenty of juice. Alternator is fine.

Hi, that's weird, I don't see what it could be, everything looks fine.

 

Sorry to hear you just "threw a starter in there" without doing some further tests. Did you check the power cable to the starter? Some models have a fuse in there. Also did you check the battery voltage? what does the voltage do when you go to crank it? Did you try a jump start?
