Maximizes air flow. I'm thinking about doing the same thing to my wagon when it's all done.

 

I guess that would be the ULTIMATE cold air intake HUH! Man I just kill myself. I should become a comedian.

On the first pic, I thought it was a glass/acrylic hood with its edges air brushed. Nice Photoshop work.

BTW, the pic with the pipe sticking out from the back of the motor pinned me onto the floor.

I bet you actually said "Eek!" as you saw that picture and then thought it was necessary to use the eek face.
